Hires, Inc. is seeking a Test Technician to perform precise electro and electromechanical testing of small parts, ensuring components meet specifications and supporting on-time delivery. This onsite role operates on a 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 5:00AM–1:30PM, in Simi Valley, CA.
You will review schematics, operate advanced test equipment, and provide root-cause analysis to production and engineering. A strong electrical background and experience with microelectronics are required.
