You will help the team meet production goals by operating and maintaining routine production machinery to produce parts that meet specifications. You will work onsite on a 1st shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm) alongside production and quality teams and may occasionally support variable schedules or additional hours as needed. Your work directly supports safe, efficient manufacturing and consistency in product quality.### Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on production machinery and test equipment
- Follow job travelers, blueprints, schematics, models, and specifications to complete assigned work
- Troubleshoot machines and implement solutions to restore peak performance
- Maintain adequate raw material stock and perform scheduled equipment maintenance
- Verify production items are within tolerances and meet documented specifications
- Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers) to ensure product quality
- Collaborate with the production team to meet targets and quality standards
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned; maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance### Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role- 1–2 years of relevant experience operating machinery in a factory or industrial setting
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience with lathes, milling machines, and stamping presses
- Knowledge of tooling and ability to work with a variety of materials
- Proficiency with hand tools and ability to perform basic maintenance tasks
- Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints
- Basic math proficiency and strong attention to detail
