• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments per facility policies, and document changes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to plan and implement patient care while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Active RN license in California
• Ability to work nights on a 12-hour shift schedule
• Med Surg experience or exposure preferred
