• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or assigned group, following established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Monitor telemetry data, interpret cardiac rhythms, respond to alarms, and elevate issues as needed.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders; document care accurately in patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team; provide education to patients and families; assist with discharge planning as appropriate.

• Current, active RN license in California
• Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts (3x12 schedule)
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and basic cardiovascular assessment
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
