• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control practices, and quality standards throughout the shift.

• Active Registered Nurse license in California
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
• BLS certification required; ACLS or telemetry-specific credentials may be preferred per unit needs
• Experience in Telemetry or acute care nursing is recommended
• Ability to work in a hospital setting and adapt to a fast-paced environment
