American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN
- Telemetry for the Float Pool, requiring CA RN licensure and EPIC experience.

• Float Pool unit within a 144-bed acute care hospital
• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM, with 36 or 48-hour weeks
• EPIC EMR experience required
• One holiday off may be approved, but the traveler must work the other assigned holiday

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required, 3 years for ER, ICU, Cath Lab, or OR
• Recent experience within the submitted specialty required within the last 3 months
• BSN and acute care facility experience preferred
• EPIC experience required and must be noted in employment history

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for assigned patients following established standards and the nursing process
• Supervises and directs nursing staff while coordinating care across disciplines
• Collects and analyzes patient data to determine diagnoses and care plans, implementing and evaluating interventions
• Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe, humane, and healing care
• Participates in discharge planning and delegates duties appropriately among team members
• Accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel pay with no radius restriction
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will be automatically declined
• Candidates with a prior hit on their license will not be considered
• Travelers may only be submitted to one hospital within the Adventist Health system at a time
