American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN
- Telemetry for a Float Pool position requiring CA RN licensure and EPIC experience.

• Float Pool unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, 07:00 AM-07:30 PM, working 36 or 48 hours per week
• EPIC EMR experience required
• One holiday off approved, must be willing to work the other assigned holiday

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from an approved vendor required
• Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in specialty, with experience within the last 3 months
• BSN and acute care facility experience preferred
• No prior license actions or disciplinary history permitted

• Delivers coordinated nursing care according to established standards and the nursing process
• Supervises and directs assigned nursing staff and coordinates care across disciplines
• Performs patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of outcomes
• Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team to provide safe, holistic care
• Participates in discharge planning and patient/family education
• All required vaccinations must be completed as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions available
• Accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel candidates with no radius restriction
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will be automatically declined
