American Traveler is hiring a Telemetry RN for a Float Pool night shift position requiring Epic experience and a California RN license.

• Float Pool unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 36 or 48-hour weekly options
• Epic EMR experience required
• One holiday off may be approved, but the traveler must work the other assigned holiday

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum two years of experience in the specialty (three years for ER, ICU, Cath Lab, or OR)
• Recent experience in the submitted specialty within the last three months
• BSN and acute care facility experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience required and must be reflected in employment history

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards and the nursing process
• Supervises and directs nursing staff while coordinating care across disciplines
• Collaborates with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure safe, humane, and effective care
• Participates in discharge planning to support continuity of care
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate as travelers
• No radius restriction for local candidates
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off will not be considered
• Candidates with a prior licensure action will not be considered
