Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary

The Landscape Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for driving company vehicles and completing maintenance routes within the allotted time for residential and commercial properties. The Landscape Construction Crew Member is responsible for driving company vehicles, towing trailers, and completing landscape projects/installations within the allotted time for residential and commercial properties.

Experience And Training

The Maintenance Crew Member must have one year of fieldwork related to landscape maintenance. The Construction Crew Member must have one to two years of fieldwork related to landscape installations. Both positions must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Able to work in and around various landscaping settings and landscaping materials. Practice safety in all work circumstances.

Have the ability to read, write, and speak English. Must have good communication skills and technology skills.



Job Duties

• Inspect the truck so that it is stocked with the necessary tools and equipment needed.
• Review service tickets and paperwork at the beginning of each day with the supervisor.
• Complete service tickets using Mobile App.
• Enter notes, products, and material used using Mobile App.
• Complete service tickets in an accurate and timely manner.
• Operate equipment with care and follow safety protocol when at the job site(s).
• Communicate and maintain a relationship with customers and staff.
• Keep truck, yard, and work areas clean and tidy.
