Our client is a privately held manufacturer of ruggedized electronics serving the defense and aviation markets. Its team builds computers, printers, and related equipment designed to keep working in demanding conditions, and its customers include prime contractors and government programs that expect precision and a paper trail to match.
The company was started by engineers and operations leaders with deep roots in military and aerospace work, and it still runs with a hands on, leadership accessible culture. Teams are lean, so everyone's contribution is noticed. The facility is in Southern California, and this role is onsite.
