• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Open and close the business – complete related paperwork and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and demonstrate equipment use when needed
• Attend off‑site sales and job trainings

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18 years
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for 7 hours per day
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
