• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales lot
• Help customers find the perfect vehicle by understanding their needs
• Provide clear, knowledgeable presentations of new and pre-owned vehicles
• Explain product features and available options
• Build rapport and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Learn to overcome objections and close deals confidently
• Report progress and activity to the Sales Manager regularly

• High energy and enthusiastic attitude throughout the day
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality – especially under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen
