• Manage B2B collection activities on past‑due accounts through professional phone and email communication.
• Review and release customer orders while evaluating credit limits and payment terms.
• Partner with sales teams and customers to resolve disputes, invoice discrepancies, and payment‑related issues.
• Process credit applications and make recommendations regarding collection actions, write‑offs, and account terms.
• Perform credit card reconciliations and assist with cash application activities as needed.
• Support special accounting projects and contribute to continuous improvement within the accounting department.

Direct Hire

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, or related accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with customers and internal teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Self‑motivated professional with initiative, sound judgment, and a customer‑service mindset
