Managerial Assistant

Hiring Immediately for Managerial Assistant – Local Opportunity in Simpsonville, SC

Pay: $21–$23 per hour, based on experience

Provide daily administrative support including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling communication

Assist with warehouse operations to improve workflow and efficiency

Serve as a connection point between leadership, warehouse staff, and other internal teams

Utilize strong computer skills to manage data, prepare reports, and support office and warehouse processes

Support inventory tracking, equipment maintenance schedules, and basic mechanical troubleshooting

Maintain positive communication and assist team members as needed

Handle confidential information with professionalism

Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned by management

Previous managerial or lead experience in a warehouse or industrial environment

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with warehouse management software

Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand basic equipment functions

Excellent communication and people skills; team-oriented and supportive

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or warehouse management training is a plus
