Heat Treating Services Unlimited Inc (HTSU) is seeking a skilled and proactive Construction Project Manager to join our Field Operations team. In this full-time role, you'll serve as a critical liaison between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders—ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. If you have strong organizational skills, experience in construction coordination, and a drive to take initiative, this role offers significant responsibility and career growth in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all phases of construction projects in collaboration with project managers.
  • Maintain and communicate project schedules, milestones, and status updates.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality metrics to ensure compliance.
  • Track and review project costs and assist with financial documentation.
  • Maintain organized records and project documentation using Dropbox and internal systems.
  • Identify and resolve project barriers in collaboration with management.
  • Help prepare reports and updates for project stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of project coordination or project management experience (general contractor experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial controls for construction projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Dropbox.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Schedule
  • Full-Time - Monday to Friday
  • Weekend and overtime work may be required depending on project timelines.
Location
  • This is a travel-based position with national project assignments. You must be willing to travel regularly, including overnight stays at customer sites.
