This is a direct hire opportunity due to company growth. After successful onboarding and training, employees have the opportunity to work remotely 1 to 2 days per week.
Description- Ensure order accuracy and provide excellent customer service.
- Gather and review shipping documentation.
- Obtain freight quotes and arrange shipments.
- Coordinate order dispatches with warehouse teams.
- Work with customers to manage shipping requirements and timelines.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
- Experience in shipping and logistics.
- SAP and/or ERP system experience.
- Experience working with freight forwarding companies.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- $60,000 to $70,000 annual salary.
- Employer sponsored health insurance.

- Opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week after successful onboarding and training.
