• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans focused on sensory exploration and motor skills.
• Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment for infants.

• Engage infants in interactive play and activities to promote cognitive and social growth.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with families to foster a supportive community.

• Prefer a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum high school diploma with 1 year experience
• Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
• Passionate about early childhood education and child development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
