Responsible for interviewing job applicants, preparing center schedules, conducting annual performance evaluations on medical support staff, placing monthly supply orders, performing audits to ensure charges are entered correctly, and verifying daily close‑out procedures are followed and properly documented.
Supervisory Responsibilities- Patient Service Representative I / II
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Practice Nurse (Non‑Clinical Supervision if not an RN)
- Medical Assistant (2)
- X‑Ray Technologist (Non‑Clinical Supervision if not an X‑Ray Technologist)
- Extensive knowledge of medical terminology.
- Willing to work 12‑hour shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Must maintain a CPR certification and be OSHA/HIPAA and BAT/DS trained.
- Strong interpersonal/customer service skills; must be able to communicate well with a wide variety of individuals within the organization and work well in a team‑based environment.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to break down work effort, estimate time and manage to critical path.
- Strong organizational skills; including the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to research, interpret, and report on complex data.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records.
