Job Overview

Heat Treating Services Unlimited Inc (HTSU) is seeking a skilled and proactive Construction Project Manager to join our Field Operations team. In this full-time role, you'll serve as a critical liaison between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders-ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. If you have strong organizational skills, experience in construction coordination, and a drive to take initiative, this role offers significant responsibility and career growth in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of construction projects in collaboration with project managers.
• Maintain and communicate project schedules, milestones, and status updates.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality metrics to ensure compliance.
• Track and review project costs and assist with financial documentation.
• Maintain organized records and project documentation using Dropbox and internal systems.
• Identify and resolve project barriers in collaboration with management.
• Help prepare reports and updates for project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project coordination or project management experience (general contractor experience preferred).
• Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial controls for construction projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Dropbox.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license required.

Schedule

• Full-Time - Monday to Friday
• Weekend and overtime work may be required depending on project timelines.

Location

• This is a travel-based position with national project assignments. You must be willing to travel regularly, including overnight stays at customer sites.
