  Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (some Saturdays as needed).
• Hands-On Work: Ideal for those with a passion for building, creating, and working with tools.

• Build custom wood pallets and crates of various sizes using air-powered nail guns.
• Safely operate power tools while standing for extended periods.
• Read and interpret tape measures and blueprints with accuracy.
• Maintain strong attendance and contribute to a smooth, collaborative workflow.

• Carpentry or woodworking experience is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to learn.
