What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and understand competitive markets
  • Manage high-level relationships with Key Accounts and negotiate contracts
  • Collaborate with various business functions to align on products, processes, and strategies
  • Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of surge protection products
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales targeting contractors and OEMs
  • Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, averaging 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in surge protection or switch gear sales
  • Strong value-based selling skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience navigating construction project sites
