Troubleshoot and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems

Follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and piping schemes to diagnose issues

Identify and source necessary parts for repairs

Communicate effectively with customers about problems, solutions, and costs

Prepare for installations by reviewing building layouts and project requirements

Utilize company-provided tools and devices (e.g., iPhone, power tools)

Process invoices and payments directly in the field

Promote company products and services through honest recommendations

Submit accurate timecards and service documentation

Participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime

Maintain a clean and professional appearance and attitude

Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Skilled in HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs

Proficient in reading wiring schematics and equipment manuals

Physically capable of lifting 100 lbs, climbing ladders, kneeling, crawling, and working in tight spaces

EPA or NATE certification is a plus

Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset

Competitive hourly pay ($25–$38/hour) based on experience
