Bailey Heating & Controls, Inc., a family‑minded HVAC company based in Simpsonville, SC, is seeking experienced Lead HVAC Installers to join our Field Operations team. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll guide apprentices and oversee residential and light‑commercial system installations. • Lead the installation of HVAC systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, A/C units, rooftop and mini‑split systems
• Supervise and mentor apprentices, ensuring quality standards and professional development
• Install auxiliary equipment such as UV lights, air cleaners, and humidifiers
• Perform refrigerant line installations, leak checks, and component replacements (TXVs, compressors, coils)
• Follow and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and wiring schematics
• Complete low and high‐voltage wiring for HVAC systems and control devices
• Fabricate and install sheet metal and flexible duct systems
• Run and install gas lines and flues according to plans
• Confirm jobsite material needs, load vehicles, and document model/serial numbers before leaving
• Accurately complete invoicing and accept payments via iPhone invoicing app
• Perform system startups and initial troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean worksite, clean vehicle, and professional demeanor at all times
• Assist with emergency on‐call shifts and occasional overtime

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation (residential/light‐commercial)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient in sheet metal duct fabrication and installation
• Experience in brazing, soldering, and running refrigerant lines
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‐solving skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English (Spanish a plus)
• Clean, professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in high‐temperature environments or confined spaces
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a comprehensive background check
• EPA or NATE certification is a plus
• Willingness to work Monday‐Friday, with occasional weekends or on‐call duty

Pay: $25–$38 per hour based on experience
