Home Well Care Services of Simsbury is seeking compassionate female caregivers to provide personal and companion care for seniors in Canton and Barkhamsted, Connecticut
. If you have a caring heart, a flexible schedule, and a passion for helping others, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact close to home.

We are currently hiring for short, combined shifts (3–4 hours each) in both towns. Canton and Barkhamsted are only about 15 minutes apart
, and travel time between clients is paid
. This allows you to maximize your work hours while caring for local clients in your community.

We are currently hiring for:

• Morning shifts: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
• Evening shifts: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Flexible weekday and weekend schedules

You may choose one or more clients based on your availability. No long-distance travel required.

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assist with light personal care, grooming, and hygiene
• Support clients with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all client interactions

• Short, flexible shifts that fit your lifestyle
• Paid travel time between clients (Canton to Barkhamsted – approx. 15 minutes)
• Weekly pay with reliability and performance bonuses
• Local clients in Canton, Barkhamsted, and nearby areas
• Supportive, female led management team
• Ongoing paid training through Home Well Academy and Nevvon

• Must identify as female (due to client preference and personal care needs*)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
