The Rink Operations Director is a leadership position which oversees ice quality, facility maintenance, safety, and daily operations. This role is also responsible for delivering a great customer experience and for hiring, training, and leading the operations crew. This is a full-time, year-round position. It requires regular availability during business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. References required.
