You will drive day-to-day production with focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, supervising Assembly Technicians and coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
Reporting to the Electronics Production Manager, you will develop daily plans, monitor performance, and lead continuous improvement
