Cashier/Sales Associate - 1st & 2nd Shift

Join GPM Investments, LLC as a Cashier/Sales Associate, working both 1st and 2nd shift hours (typically 2 PM to midnight). Your role focuses on providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring compliance with product sales regulations.

• Greet customers warmly and operate the cash register with accuracy and speed.
• Know and follow all legal requirements for selling lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol, including age verification.
• Offer friendly service and upsell products when appropriate to increase sales.
• Keep the store clean and safe: deep‑clean restrooms, sanitize gas pumps, pick up litter, and dispose of trash in all weather conditions.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure merchandise looks fresh and full.
• Maintain overall store order by sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and keeping entryways neat.
• Cross‑train in other departments (including deli) as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and assist wherever needed.

• Basic math proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally.
• Pre‑employment screening includes a drug test and criminal background check.
• Friendly, personable, detail‑oriented, reliable, and flexible.
• Previous retail or customer‑service experience is a plus, but not required.
