Join our team as a Fitness Specialist to jump start your fitness career and learn from the best.

• Set up equipment, seat adjustments, and weights according to member’s workout charts
• Advise members on weight progression and monitor form on each machine
• Maintain fitness area: replenish supplies, keep equipment clean, general maintenance
• Communicate with members to provide superior customer service, ensuring safety and proper form

Candidate must be able to work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment, and have a commitment to fitness and wellness and continuous learning.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage and retain personal training clientele
• Ability to educate and motivate individuals toward safe fitness goal attainment
• Ensure organization, appearance, maintenance and safety of fitness areas
• Promote Center programs and services accurately
• Compliance with Healthtrax fitness training
• Provide immediate, efficient and friendly customer service in person and over the phone
• Team player, assisting with various Center programs and service activities as needed

Candidate is pursuing or has earned a degree in Exercise Science, Physiology or related field, and/or has or is working toward a nationally recognized Personal Trainer Certification. Must have CPR, First Aid, AED certification, or be willing to complete upon hire.

Hours and shifts to be determined to best serve members.
