• Handle Accounts Receivable (billing, payment recording, follow-up on outstanding invoices).
• Process Accounts Payable (supplier invoices, staff claims, payments).
• Perform data entry, transaction reconciliation, and financial record updates.
• Order office supplies and track inventory.
• Help with office events, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
• Assist with month-end closing and report preparation.
• Maintain filing systems and general office admin support.
• Communicate with colleagues, clients, and vendors for coordination.

• Nitec in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Entry level with relevant studies is welcome to apply, training will be provided
• Relevant 1-year of accounting or administrative experience is preferred
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
