Administrative Executive

Responsibilities

• Support general administrative tasks and daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service providers and clients in the system.
• Prepare, issue, and input data for invoices with precision and timeliness.
• Organize, manage, and maintain paperwork and documents related to claims and site progress, ensuring everything is properly filed.
• Monitor and follow up on work orders and progress reports, providing updates as needed.
• Assist in handling various formalities, including paperwork related to claims.
• Undertake any other duties or ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives.

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience. Candidates who have no experience but are willing to pursue a career in corporate insurance operations are welcomed.
• Able to work independently and a good team player.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
