HR Executive; Junior, Hall

Job Scope:

The officer will handle the full spectrum of casual officer hiring.

Duties include:

• oLiaison between hiring divisions and manpower agencies
• oKeeping track of hiring requests
• oFacilitate onboarding and out boarding of casual officers
• oMonitor the contract expiry of casual officers
• oVerification of monthly billing reports

• You will support the team in the recruitment process such as job posting, shortlisting applications, arranging interviews, administering written test and following up with candidates on required documents.
• You will manage the offboarding process such as ensuring exit checklists are completed before officers leave.
• You will support the team in tracking employee contracts.

• You will support logistics and administration for National Day Award, which includes:
• oDesigning of emailers
• oLiaising and collection of input from divisions/agencies
• oLogistical support for meetings

You will undertake any other work as assigned

Duration: 3 Months (subjected to extension)

Working Hours:

Mondays to Fridays

Mon– Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Fri:
8.30am to 5.30pm

• PriorHR experience is useful.
• Stakeholders(internal and external) management.
• Proficient in MS Office.
