- Provide academic Support for Undergraduate Degree exammatters such as supporting Board of Examiners meeting and carrying out analysis on examination results and post exam admin work.
- Provide administrative support for students on Overseas Exchange such as assisting with checking of course mapping forms for the different specialisations in overseas partner universities, post exchange support including credit transfer and surveys and preparation of statistical reports on student data.
- Develop a suitable digital media strategy for the different stakeholders of the programme and support in outreach events andassist with communication materials.
- Provide administrative support for the annualadmissions exercise.
- Provide administrative support for the updating ofstudent and alumni database to support the accreditation exercise.
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Proficient in MS Office andsocial media management
