The Project based registrar is responsible for the asset register - to receiving asset information from the project team, verifying data completeness and enter information into the designated asset management system or register.
Key Responsibilities- Receive asset information, tagging records and supporting documentation from field teams.
- Accurately enter asset details into the designated asset register or database.
- Ensure all asset records are complete, consistent, and aligned with project requirements.
- Verify data received from tagging teams and highlight any discrepancies or missing information.
- Produce basic progress updates and data completion reports as required.
- Support the project team with register updates, corrections and data validation activities.
- Follow established project procedures, standards, and deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.
