Working Days: 5.5 days per week
(With office hours from Monday to Friday, Saturday work is only required when requested by the boss, usually for urgent matters. Otherwise, there is no need to come to the office on Saturday)
Time: 8am - 5pm
Salary: $2600 - $3200 (Depends on Experiences)

• Handle all in-bound enquiries sent through emails, faxes or calls.
• Prepare quotations and advise on lead time for deliveries.
• Be familiar with different product ranges that FS is offering.
• Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders regarding order confirmations and delivery / logistics details.
• Maintain good rapport with both new and existing customers.
• Differentiate cost mark-ups used for different categories of customers.
• Ensure customers' orders / requirements are processed efficiently.
• Provide necessary support to individual division.
• Check customer PO against your quotation before hand over to Order Processing to process order.
• Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

• GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years' relevant working experience in similar capacity.
• Training Provided.
• Proficient in MS Office.
