As the automotive industry accelerates towards electrification, Cycle & Carriage Singapore is launching the KIA EV Bootcamp
. This is a structured early‑career programme designed to develop future‑ready EV specialists in Singapore.
This programme combines professional training, hands‑on experience and a clear career pathway, offering you the opportunity to build specialised EV skills and grow with a trusted automotive powerhouse.
Phase 1: KIA EV Bootcamp (2 months)- Structured classroom learning and hands‑on practical training
- Exposure to KIA EV systems
- EV Level 1 Certification upon successful completion of assessment
Full-Time Internship (10 Months) **
- On‑the‑job training under experienced EV specialists
- Real‑world exposure to KIA EV servicing and diagnostics
- Opportunity for conversion to permanent employment, subject to performance

Is this you?
If you’re at the start of your career and excited about technology, hands‑on learning and the future of electric vehicles, we’d love to hear from you. No prior EV experience is required - training will be provided. All we ask is the right attitude and willingness to learn.
If you are an individual who is:
- A current ITE / Polytechnic Engineering student open to internship opportunities (Sept–Oct intake) OR
- An ITE, Polytechnic or TED graduate (Engineering‑related disciplines), with up to 1 year of working experience
- Motivated to pursue a long‑term technical career in the automotive / EV industry
- Curious about the growing Electric vehicle industry
- Enjoy hands‑on work with tools, machines and real equipment
- Care about doing things properly, safely and accurately
- Work well with others and learn better as a team
- Ready to challenge themselves and grow professionally
