Assistant Manager, Workplace Transformation
We are currently hiring for a 1-year contract position, with the potential for renewal.
Location:
Lifelong Learning Institute, 11 Eunos Road 8, Singapore 408601.
Working hours:
8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday).
Salary Range: $4,000 to $4,400 (Depending on experience).

The Workplace Transformation (WPT) team is dedicated to empowering organisations in their journey toward excellence in human capital practices. Through a suite of innovative products such as the Human Capital Diagnostics Tool (HCDT), Job Redesign Centre of Excellence (JRCoE), and Playbooks, the team drives transformative change at enterprise-level by equipping businesses with actionable insights and tailored strategies. With a focus on fostering agility, resilience, and competitiveness, Workplace Transformation serves as a strategic partner to help organisations align their workforce capabilities with evolving industry demands.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to development and project management of existing and new Workplace Transformation (WPT) products to address business challenges and support HR professionals to drive workforce transformation within their organisations.
- Deliver operational support for the WPT product portfolio, specifically within the Job Redesign Centre of Excellence (JRCoE) and the Human Capital Diagnostic Tool (HCDT), including managing appeals, complaints, and inquiries, tracking enterprise progress, and overseeing data management.
- Support running WPT workshops, including in-person and virtual sessions related to WPT products and services.
- Facilitate the implementation and rollout of initiatives related to JRCoE and HCDT, including operational aspects such as marketing and vendor management for outreach activities like workshops and clinics.
- Coordinate major stakeholder meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and preparing presentation materials.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments—Marketing, Digital Transformation Office, Finance—to achieve business unit and organizational objectives.
- Serve as a WPT representative at community events, promoting products and services to support organisations in their workplace transformation efforts.
Support Head of Workplace Transformation on ad‑hoc assignments.
Requirements- Relevant hands‑on experience in Human Resources, Business, Consulting, or a related field, ideally in roles requiring initiative and ownership.
- Strong analytical abilities with proven experience in data analysis, enabling data‑driven decision‑making and actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with practical knowledge of vLookup, Pivot Tables, and other essential functions to streamline reporting and operations.
- Experience or keen interest in data visualization tools, demonstrating the ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful visuals.
- Experience or willingness to learn and leverage AI‑based tools to enhance and streamline processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive approach to managing projects and supporting key stakeholders.
