About Your TeamThe Sales Support team plays a vital role in supporting business growth across Southeast Asia and the Asia Private Banking markets. We partner closely with the Southeast Asia Wholesale and Private Banking Sales teams to facilitate smooth execution of sales activities, efficient onboarding, maintenance of client relationships, and accurate delivery of reporting and documentation. Based primarily in Singapore, we also provide regional support to markets across Asia, including Hong Kong.

The Sales Support Manager (12‑month contract) is responsible for providing day‑to‑day support to the team, including sales figure reporting, event coordination, client communications, presentation management (internal & external), sales material preparation, client database management, and meeting minute compilation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day support to the Southeast Asia Wholesale and Private Bank business.
- Work closely with the entire team to ensure they are fully prepared to interact with clients and promote Fidelity strategies and funds.
- Facilitate the preparation of sales‑supporting materials, including portfolio review meeting material, sales pitch materials, and regular factsheets.
- Handle daily client queries ranging from marketing material delivery to basic operational issues.
- Coordinate various client communications (correspondence development, distribution, etc.).
- Manage the compliance clearance process of marketing materials with various teams.
- Assist the team in preparing for various client events such as seminars, roadshows, fund trainings, and updates sessions.
- Develop and maintain various reports, both ad‑hoc and standard.
- Lead the compilation and organization of meeting minutes for team meetings and planning sessions.
- Interact with other business units to ensure the team operates at peak efficiency (Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.).
- Organize and communicate sales figure updates monthly.
- Manage the evolving and frequently changing client contact database.
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related subject.
- Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Chinese typing, Access, Publisher.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Chinese;
Cantonese and Mandarin skills desirable. - Excellent organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Team player with a strong sense of commitment to the business.

- Able to work quickly and efficiently, under pressure to meet deadlines.
