You will be aligned to a workstream within SC Ventures, striving towards achieving our collective desired outcomes and key results. Around you will be a team of experts who will enable the development of your technical, business, and interpersonal skills through real‑world experience and hands‑on training. Throughout the programme, you’ll meet peers and senior executives from across our global network, creating partnerships and forming relationships that will accelerate your career.

As part of the assessment process, we’ll help you explore which of the following work streams best match your strengths and interests.

• Design and Innovation: Design, deliver, and scale initiatives that enable employees to become intrapreneurs, support venture‑building teams, and strengthen our culture of innovation.
• Marketing and Communications: Develop business‑centric communications to protect the Group’s reputation, brand and services, and leverage social media and other new‑age channels to build up our ventures.
• Finance: Conduct market research to complement the preparation of financial statements and reports, manage the budget and make projections and forecasts.

• A strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data analysis and presentation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• A naturally curious mindset, and a willingness to develop new skills and embrace new experiences.
• The ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities.
• You must be a final‑year student or recent graduate able to start full‑time employment in July 2026.
• Have a permanent legal right to work in the country you’re applying to.
