Senior Executive, Workplace Safety and Health at Perennial Retail Management Pte. Ltd

• Conduct WSH inspections, internal audits, and risk assessments across both construction projects and operational assets
• Identify hazards and recommend appropriate risk control measures and follow up on their implementation with contractors and managing agents
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
• Plan and deliver safety training, inductions, and WSH programmes to promote a positive safety culture
• Liaise with managing agents, contractors, consultants, and service providers to ensure compliance with WSH requirements
• Maintain proper documentation of WSH activities, including inspections, incidents, training, and statistics, and prepare reports for management and authorities as required

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer
• Experience in facility management, construction, and Design for Safety; familiarity with ISO 45001 is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of the WSH Act, regulations, codes of practice, and risk management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and train workers at all levels
• Able to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Any other duties as assigned
