Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels such as Click and collect and marketplace.

Sephora ASPIRE is a 6‑month internship program centered around learning and growth, for Next Gen talents to gain real‑world experience and bring impact on the business through purpose‑driven projects from conception to completion.

Throughout your 6‑months, you will have the opportunity to be involved in meaningful collaborations and drive key business projects. At the end of your term with us, there will be platforms to present your work to the relevant functional teams and more, where we come together to celebrate your wins and growth. Sephora is committed in building a Next Gen Talent Community where you will have the chance to forge meaningful connections with your peers within Sephora and across LVMH Maisons that will stay with you long after the program ends.

We are looking for innovative and inquisitive interns who are interested to commence a 6‑month program with us from July to December 2026. • Assisting in developing and testing new features for the Sephora Ecommerce mobile apps (IOS / Android)
• Supporting bug fixing and performance optimization for mobile application

• Working on integrating payment method based offers to allow customers to get benefits when they choose to pay for their order using payment methods having offers

• Proficiency in SQL
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Innovative and creative, continually looking to drive improvement and boost commercial outcomes
