About the job

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Business Strategy and Operations team ensures Google's ever-evolving business runs smoothly by staying deeply connected to the human behind the sales function. We put the user first in everything we do, from setting strategy to ensuring the flawless execution of seller tools. In the APAC Tools team, we are experts in product, communication and process improvement. Our team members are analytical and strategic with a pragmatic focus on getting things done.

We offer a unique opportunity to shape and deploy groundbreaking AI technologies and tools, best practices, and insights that empower our sales teams to be more effective, efficient, and human-centric.

As a Regional Product Lead for APAC Sales Tools, you will act as a key partner to our sales teams, helping them get the most out of our AI-powered tools. You will work closely with Global Product Teams and country GTM specialists to help execute the go-to-market strategy for our internal sales tools. Your primary goal is to ensure the powerful tools we build are understood, embraced, and effectively used by sales teams across the APAC region by gathering user feedback, supporting training initiatives.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow.

Together, we help shape the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers...and we have fun doing it.

Responsibilities
  • Support the regional Go-to-Market strategy for the APAC Sales tooling portfolio, managing pilot programs and leading end-to-end rollouts for new tools and feature updates.
  • Equip sales teams for effective tool adoption by creating and maintaining high-impact enablement resources, including playbooks, one-pagers, and training materials.
  • Deliver targeted communication plans across APAC to build awareness, share best practices, and provide ongoing updates to users and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Analyze tool usage data to evaluate initiative success, identify areas requiring targeted support, and deliver regular progress updates to regional leadership.
