Join UST Prism , our AI Governance platform, and help shape the future of responsible AI adoption for enterprises.
What You'll Do- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Prism
- Lead customer discovery and translate insights into impactful product features.
- Act as the domain authority on AI governance and the regulatory frameworks that shape it (for example the EU AI Act, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and ISO/IEC 42001), translating requirements into product features.
- Partner with engineering to define and prioritize AI, LLM, and agent-based capabilities
- Map product capabilities to real-world enterprise governance and approval workflows
- Shape product experience and drive customer adoption
- Support strategic customer engagements and implementations
- Define the future of AI Governance for global enterprises
- Work at the intersection of AI, regulation, risk, and innovation
- Own a high-impact product with significant visibility and influence
10 + years of overall experience , including:
- 7-10+ years in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Product Leadership
- 3-5+ years exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, or AI-enabled products
- Strong experience working with enterprise customers, governance, compliance, risk, or regulated environments.
- Proven experience building enterprise software or AI-driven products
- Strong knowledge of AI Governance, Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory frameworks
- Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, and enterprise AI adoption
- Experience leading customer discovery, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management
- Ability to bridge business, regulatory, and technical requirements
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills
