- 1.Handle customer-related matters such as correspondence, visits and receptions.
- 2.Provide sales support, sign commercial contracts and manage the contract progress.
- 3.Cooperate with the finance department and the commercial department at the headquarters to ensure the security of financial processes.
- 4.Be responsible for daily administrative management affairs such as the monthly attendance statistics and reporting, administrative procurement, and travel expense reimbursement for the company.
- 1.Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Management, International Foreign Trade or related majors.
- 2.Have more than two years of work experience in administration or management in technology-based companies. Those with work experience in the scientific research instrument industry will be preferred.
- 3.Possess an Accounting Practitioner Qualification Certificate, or have many years of work experience in international trade.
- 4.Have excellent cross-cultural communication skills and organizational abilities.
