- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in Business or Systems Analysis within wealth management, financial services, or fintech, preferably on advisor- or investor-facing digital products.
- Working knowledge of trading workflows, portfolio data, holdings, performance, and reporting; portfolio accounting experience is a plus.
- Experience defining API requirements, system integrations, and data flows in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Ability to map end-to-end client lifecycle processes, including onboarding, KYC, servicing, and reporting.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, prioritization, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and BPMN process modelling.
- Experience defining project scope and objectives with business sponsors and representing advisor and investor needs.
- Ability to balance delivery speed, quality, functionality, and usability in an Agile environment.
- Understanding of SQL, databases, REST APIs, JSON, and data integration.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder influence, and collaboration skills with globally distributed teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
