Management Analyst

1. Business Analysis and Strategic Support

• Collect and analyze financial data, operational metrics, and market intelligence to identify business growth opportunities and efficiencybottlenecks.
• Prepare business analysis reports and management presentation materials,providing actionable recommendations for business decisions.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly rolling forecasts, and variance analysis,tracking the achievement of key performance indicators.

2. Process Optimization and Project Implementation

• Review existing business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and design and drive the implementation of process optimizationinitiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to advance strategic projects, trackingproject progress and delivery quality.
• Participate in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and change management support related to system or tool rollouts.

3. Governance and Compliance Support

• Assist in maintaining the internal control environment, ensuring business processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Support preparations for audits and compliance reviews, and follow up on the rectification of identified issues.

4. Communication

• Maintain effective collaboration with business leaders, finance, operations,and technology teams to ensure information flow and alignment.
• Deliver clear and concise verbal and written reports to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business management, or a related field.

• 5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, including but not limited to: banking, asset management, investment banking, financialconsulting, or fintech.
• Background in business analysis, strategic planning, project management, or management consulting is preferred.

• Analytical

  Ability to handle complex datasets, proficiency in using
  
  Excel for modeling and analysis, and the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills inboth Chinese and English, with the ability to clearly present analyticalconclusions to audiences at different levels.
• Tool Proficiency:
  Proficient in using PowerPoint to create management presentation materials; familiarity with data visualization/automation toolssuch as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx is preferred.
• Project Management:
  Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results on time.
