Description
- Involvement/responsible in the overall quantity surveying, cost & contract management of the projects.
- Preparation of cost plan & cost estimate, taking‑off & measurement.
- Prepare payment claim, variation, and final account.
- Prepare tender & contract documentation, tender analysis & reporting.
- Shortlist of suitable suppliers and sub‑contractors, timely award out.
- Attendance project & site meeting.
- Diploma or ITE certificate in Quantity Surveying/Building or higher qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Proficient in technologies and digitization in QS.
- Familiar with Autocad software.
- Bilingual is preferred.
