- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements, drawings and schedule.
- Manage and monitor workers, subcontractors and site manpower.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, suppliers and other contractors on site matters.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor workmanship and conduct regular site inspections.
- Coordinate different trades, including tiling, plastering, rebar, welding, installation and general construction works.
- Plan daily manpower allocation and work schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Check materials, tools and equipment required for site works.
- Monitor workers' attendance, productivity and work performance.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant parties to resolve them promptly.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe and organised work environment.
- Enforce workplace safety requirements and ensure workers follow site safety rules.
- Prepare daily progress updates, site reports and records where required.
- Take measurements and assist with checking completed works and quantities.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress and manpower requirements.
- Perform other site-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation or building works.
- Relevant experience in site supervision and manpower coordination.
- Able to read and understand construction drawings and site instructions.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and site practices.
- Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with workers, subcontractors and other parties.
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
- Willing to work overtime, weekends or night shifts when required.
- Relevant construction safety certifications are an advantage.
