Quantity Surveyor Manager
- Location:Changi Business Park
- Industry: A1 Main Contractor | Building Construction
- Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
- Salary is $8,000 - $9,000+ Variable Bonus [ No AWS ]
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10–12 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Lead Commercial and Tender Management
- Develop commercial strategies for tenders and projects.
- Review and approve tender submissions before submission.
- Lead procurement planning and subcontract award strategies.
- Lead Cost Planning and Financial Control
- Establish project cost management strategies and budgets.
- Monitor financial performance across multiple projects.
- Review project cash flow forecasts and profitability reports.
- Manage Contracts and Commercial Risks
- Oversee contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead negotiations on contractual claims, variation orders, and dispute resolution.
- Approve interim payment certifications and final accounts.
- Lead Team and Business Performance
- Manage, mentor, and develop the Quantity Surveying team.
- Allocate manpower and monitor team performance.
