Engineering | Construction - Specializes in high-end architectural curtain walls (facades) for skyscrapers, airports, and commercial complexes.
Manage overall project cost control and commercial matters
Prepare and submit progress claims, variation claims and final accounts
Manage procurement, including sourcing, evaluation and award of subcontractors and suppliers
Evaluate and certify subcontractor payment claims accurately
Prepare, negotiate and settle final accounts with clients, consultants and subcontractors
Review main contracts, identify contractual risks and prepare subcontract documentation
Assist in preparing EOT, acceleration, prolongation and loss/expense claims
Draft contractual correspondence relating to time, cost and commercial risks
Attend progress, commercial and technical meetings
Maintain project records and reporting using OA and SAP
Perform other commercial and quantity surveying duties as assigned
Minimum 3 years of relevant commercial Quantity Surveying experience
Experience handling EOT, prolongation and contractual claims would be advantageous
Experience in large-scale building, façade, cladding, curtain wall or building envelope projects would be preferred
