Working Hours 5.5 days (Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm, Sat: 9am - 1pm)

• Coordinate daily site activities between the Project Manager, installation team, client/main contractor, and subcontractors.
• Act as the main coordination point for installation-related site issues and assist in resolving them promptly.
• Identify and resolve site issues such as physical obstructions, access limitations, installation clashes, incorrect site conditions, or other factors affecting installation progress.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors when their work affects installation activities.
• Escalate technical, safety, schedule, or site issues to the Project Manager when required and follow up until resolution.
• Monitor installation progress against project schedules and highlight potential delays or risks early.
• Coordinate site preparation before installation, including access, work area clearance, equipment/foundation locations, and other installation requirements.
• Attend site coordination meetings, toolbox meetings, and project discussions when required.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports, installation updates, issue trackers, and other project documents.
• Maintain proper records of site issues, photos, completed works, and outstanding actions.
• Coordinate manpower, installation sequence, and site activities with supervisors and installation teams.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, method statements, client requirements, and site procedures.
• Assist in checking installation locations, reference points, dimensions, and site conditions against approved drawings.
• Support project handover, inspections, rectification works, and completion documentation.
• Ensure installation teams comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and site safety procedures.

• Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent in Engineering, Construction, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
• Previous experience in project coordination, site coordination, construction, equipment installation, or engineering projects is preferred.
• Experience working in semiconductor facilities, clean rooms, manufacturing plants, or controlled environments is an advantage.
• Able to read and understand basic engineering drawings, layout drawings, and installation drawings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with installers, subcontractors, main contractors, and clients.
• Able to identify practical site issues and work with different parties to develop suitable solutions.
• Able to prepare clear progress reports and maintain proper project records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able and willing to work on site and adapt to project requirements.
• Able to work independently while keeping the Project Manager updated on important matters.
